YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra (Sanskrit: योग निद्रा), also commonly referred to as yogic sleep, is a state of suspended consciousness between waking and sleeping. 


This is a deeply personal and transformational, co-creative meditation practice of going within and re-connecting with your inner bliss.

Focus on the subtle systems through meditation and cultivate a more conscious awareness of thought patterns, breath and pranic flow. 


Developing a consistent practice is one way to bring your ”self” back to center, feel more balanced, and live more frequently in your natural, more blissful state of being.    

Meditation looks different for everyone, and luckily there are many approaches to finding the practice that works best for you. 

By exploring practices through breathwork, mudras, and/or guided co-creative exercises together we can create a style that matches your unique needs.

It's beautiful way to re-set mind, body and spirit.

AERIAL YOGA

Look at life from a different perspective.....upside down!


Aerial yoga is a fun way to approach some of the most recognized yoga postures.

Using the assistance of the yoga hammock, let's turn our perception of things upside down to let loose our inner child and have a little fun.  

All classes begin with a warm up, move through assisted yoga asana, include inversions, and end with a suspended cocoon meditation.

SUP YOGA


Take your practice to the water!
We will meet at one of several pre-chosen locations to start our SUP yoga journey for the day.  We will start with some SUP basics before heading out for a relaxing paddle through the mangroves or along the gulf's shoreline before anchoring out and taking our practice to a whole new level of equal parts challenge, fun and relaxation while watching for Dolphin and the occasional manatee.

REIKI SHARE

Reiki:

"Rei" ("universe" or "life force")

"Ki" (physical energy of the body, or "qi")

Reiki is a Japanese technique, or practice, that is known to promote peace and relaxation by the channeling of energy. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Some of its benefits include energetic blockage clearing, increased mental clarity and perception, stress and tension reduction, cortisol reduction, among others.

During a group in-person or virtual share, we begin each session by setting intentions and then connecting with the flow of Reiki in whatever manner each practitioner uses. 

If you are a newcomer to the practice, attending a Reiki share, whether virtually or in person is a great place to start.  If you are not ready to participate in the sharing of energy, check for our scheduled virtual group offerings designed specifically for participants as energy receivers only. Attending these sessions is easy and can allow for you to receive the energy from the comfort of your own home.

(For in person shares only: if you are a new practitioner, you will receive a temporary attunement to be able to share Reiki during the share session.)

If you have decided to deepen your practice and awaken your consciousness further, that is the first step. There are three levels of training, each encouraging a tremendous amount of self-growth, so it should also be expected that there will be a 3-week to 3-month integration period between each training level. Each attunement received is considered a transfer of energy itself, this energy is passed on to the student who then possesses it for life.

First Degree (level I) - This is the foundation, where you learn the history and lineage of the practice as well as receive the attunement and training to practice on the self.

Second Degree (level II) - In level II you receive the skills and additional symbols and attunements to practice on others, to send energy long distances, to open and experience the energy channels more deeply and incorporate the energy and practice in your daily life in practical ways.

Third Degree or Master Level (level III) - Here you will receive the Master symbol and attunement. You are committing yourself deeply to the practice. You become able to teach others, attune them and welcome them into the lineage. Many people choose to receive the attunements but do not decide to practice attuning others, and that is perfectly acceptable.
