Whether you are just starting out on your journey or simply exploring new ways to improve your well-being along the path you travel, we offer an encouraging and friendly approach to return to and maintain your natural state of balance.

​Mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together.  All of the classes offered encourage coordination of breath and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain peace within their body and mind.

Whether the goal is social or competitive we bring a lighthearted approach and sense of humor to the floor, putting our dancers at ease while they learn a new skill and form of self-expression.

All sessions are by appointment only to offer you undivided attention and customized training.

Our Story


Whether you are brand new to yoga, ballroom and latin dancing, or looking to strengthen your practice or skillset, we are thrilled you're here. 

A little about our owner.....

Jennifer VonGraupen enjoys nothing more than helping others learn new skills and practices that bring them joy and improved health.

She is a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation with over 10 years of teaching experience throughout Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bradenton, and Anna Maria Island.

She holds a 200hr YTT graduate certification and is registered as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Alliance with E-RYT 200 and YACEP designations.

Additionally, she has earned certifications in Yoga Nidra, Stand Up Paddleboard and Aerial yoga and is a Sound Mediation Facilitator and Reiki Master.  

She has enjoyed both the art and sport of Ballroom and Latin dancing over the past 20+ years.

Having trained with some of the highest ranked and elite level instructors, allowed her the opportunity to achieve an award winning competitive Ballroom and Latin dancing career.

Through years of practice and teaching, her goal has always been to provide a welcoming space and to empower others to step onto the floor, build up their confidences, and stand in their strengths.

What sets her apart, is her ability to teach in an encouraging, relatable, and down to earth way, beginning with strong foundational basics.  ​She brings a lighthearted approach and sense of humor to the floor, putting her students at ease while they learn a new skill and form of self expression. Her greatest joy comes from seeing her students light up at the realization of each of their own accomplishments, big and small.
